Manager of Dispatch Operations

Organization seeks a Dispatch Manager.  Qualified candidate will be an expert in TMW and Qualcomm or similar satellite-based systems.  Our 100+ truck fleet operates 24-7-365 out of several terminals throughout the Midwest, but is centrally dispatched from our corporate office in Wisconsin.  This management position will function as a daily Dispatcher but will also oversee the department.  Candidate must have experience in training and the ability to do so within our organization.  This position has a close-working relationship with Maintenance and Sales as well as upper management.  We are seeking a highly motivated individual, who has the ability to look beyond the day-to-day operations, has a positive attitude, and can bring fresh ideas to our operation.
