Ø Selects, motivates and coaches the staff of the department
in order to maximize productivity and employee development.
Ø Responsible for developing and maintaining processes

also support the consolidation process.

sheet and cash flow statement items.
Ø Responsible for the completion and submission of the
salaried and executive payroll and the timely processing of the
driver settlements and quarterly driver bonuses.
